Why did no one tell me New Girl is a fantastic show?

Did I really have to find out New Girl is good by watching it my damn self? Why did no one push me to watch this??? 

This show is fairly old at this point. However, it's still wholesome af and makes me want to have roommates. There's something beautiful about all the friendships in the show, and I simply LOVE it, it's super cute to watch right now, during the pandemic. For sure. 

I feel like in the first few episodes, it wasn't THAT funny, but it really hits it's stride at the latter half of season one and becomes this LAUGH out LOUD show. I love it!!! I LOVE that Jess is unapologetically herself and her friends absolutely accept her for that. I actually basically love everyone in the show. Schmidt is a stand out character for me, he is particularly hilarious.   

Anyway, if you are looking for something wholesome to binge and hasn't watched New girl, give it a try.
