Did it kind of remind me of 6000 other space movies that were produced in the past 10 years? Yeah. Was it good? Yeah. Was Brad Pitt ridiculously handsome again? Yeah.
Brad plays an astronaut in the near future, he needs to go explore space, and explore his relationship with his dad. I thought many parts of the movie seemed realistic, which was really cool.
The imagery was very beautiful, as space is - but also reminded me of just the sheer volume of space garbage we are throwing into the space, but I guess that's not a problem we earth people need to be concerned with just yet...
I thought the movie was good, perhaps on the same level of that Sandra Bullock space movie, but not on the same level of Moon nor Interstellar.
Would I watch it again? Probably not. Would I recommend it if you like space movies? Yeah, it's pretty good.
